Fees and Payment 

INSURANCE

I am not panneled with insurance companies. All fees as due at the time of service and can be made by a credit card or throught a Health Savings Account.

If you have "out of network" benefits, I can offer you a billing statement so you can submit it to your insurance company for potential reimbursement. Reimbursment rates and allowed out of network benefits depend on each individual insurance plan, please contact your insurance to inquire about your out of network benefits. Please also note that the use of insurance benefits requires a mental health diagnois. I am happy to discuss it with you at the begining of our work together so you are aware of what goes on  your medical records.

In some instances, I can bill Medicaid (Oregon Health Plan) - some Oregon's Coordinated Care Organizations allow billing as an out of network provider. Please reach out to inquire if I can bill your Oregon Health Plan insurance.

Initial video/phone consultations are 15-20 min and are free

LATE CANCELLATIONS

The full session fee will be charged for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice (not applicable to Medicaid clients). Please note that unless there is a life-threatening emergency, a fee will be incurred if the required notice is not provided. I value each appointment you schedule with me, as they are reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is canceled on short notice or missed, it often results in that time being unavailable for others, leading to an unfilled slot.  I also value my time and commitment to my clients. Established clients who cancel late or no-show twice in a row may not be able to reschedule and will be provided with a list of referred providers.​
